Rivers State Secretary to State Government (SSG), Dr. Tammy Wenike Danagogo, has joined the 2023 governorship race of the state on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He recently Picked the PDP Governorship nomination and Expression of Interest Form.
According to source, he has also dropped his resignation letter as SSG
Governor, Nyesom Wike, in adherence to the Electoral Act directed his appointees interested in elective positions to resign their appointment.
Tammy Danagogo, hails from the riverine Abonnema, Akuku Toru Local Government Area in Rivers State. He is a former Commissioner, former Chairman of Akuku Toru Local Government Area, a former Minister and was appointed as SSG by Governor Wike in 2019.
